For a construction company in Myslakowice we are looking for a logistics administrative clerk.
Your responsibilities?
• You will draw up the schedules based on the works/projects to be performed. You do this for your own workers as well as for external companies.
• You will then work out the final routes and communicate this to production so that they prepare all goods on time.
• You make adjustments where necessary.
• Depending on the projects, you regularly consult with your supervisor, representatives and the production manager with final responsibility.
• Maintain close contact with external subcontractors and customers.
• You follow the entire process from start to finish.
• The construction sector is not seasonal, so you will always provide administrative support to the purchase and customer service.
Who are you?
• You have a bachelor's degree within a relevant study (including logistics management).
• You can look back on several years of experience in a similar job.
• You have a good knowledge of Polish / English (spoken and written). German knowledge is a plus!
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
• Good communication skills and easy to deal with internally and externally.
• Able to act assertively when needed.
• Stress resistant.
• Strong in administration with an eye for details.
• Likes to work autonomously as well as in a team.
Job-related competencies:
• Complete administrative and budgetary formalities related to the projects (return of route, delivery notes, follow-up of regulations, ...)
• Welcome new employees and promote their integration
• Keep the data files (drivers, fleet, clients, ...) up to date
• Checking the progress of the work through communication with the site manager, foreman or customer
• Organize and plan the routes of the drivers
• Follow up international performance
• Handling disputes according to guidelines or transferring them to the legal or disputes department
• Organize and plan the activities of a fleet (assignment, maintenance, ...)
• Register complaints Propose solutions to the customer depending on the type of incident (breakage, delay, breakdown, ...)
• Coordinating the activities of a team
• Organize the handling of orders related to the projects according to the orders of customers
• Provide technical support to the drivers in case of breakdown, accident, ...
• Register the follow-up data of the activities Determining deviations
• Follow up and check the activities of the staff (working hours, validity of the certificates, ...)
• Prepare and update the workers' daily schedule
• Compile the file for the projects and deliver the documents to the customers, site managers, ...
• Follow up or control the implementation of the projects via site managers and foremen Identifying and adjusting problems
